Company Ginkoia DL Software Group publishes a POS management software. The solution developed by Ginkoia optimize the management of Sports shop, rental, Cycle, Fashion, Footwear and leather goods via a steering a cash, an inventory, a business operations and customer service. This solution is implemented at more than 1400 customers at SPORT2000, InterSport, Twinner, GoSport stores, Courir and independant shops. Mission: During my 7 years in this place, I was providing the test plans and technical support for the development teams. I gained a very good experience within data bases (Interbase, Postgre, MySql) Main mission is to manage the quality for our software, for this: This position asks many exchanges with development team, databases team, support team and the customers. The communication has on horizontal plan for technical information and vertical plan for organization. Technically I created the end-to-end test scenarios, I executed the manually and functionally test, I made the test robot for no-regression test and I migrated the customer databases to our databases. I take place to technical specifications meeting to manage the risks and issues related to the news features. I communicated with clients to understand and reproduce bugs and to migrate data from a software to our software. I wrote project documentation: test cases, technical specifications, no-regression test, migration procedures. I managed level 3 support team and production team (2- 3 members). Manage deployments of: new versions, specific client corrections and versions corrections. Develop, test, and deploy scripts to fixed customers databases (SQL) Technical environment: Operation System: Windows.
